Hi, I’m Maria, your online Boat coach!
I invite you to take part in my experience from having coached thousands of boaters to a harmonious boatlife since 2016, in Stockholm, Sweden. Venice of the North.
At the beginning of my boatlife, I took many traditional boating courses - both theoretical and practical. And yet - I felt a bit silly and confused as I did exactly how I had been taught but the boat did not react and behave the way I expected it to. Sometimes it did, sometimes not.
It made me very anxious and no one had an answer. Eventually, I figured it out myself. I realized it was all about my mindset and several subconscious behaviors that stopped me from understanding. Once I knew the secret, boat maneuvering in stressful situations, in any recreational boat model became easy.
I am happy to share my secrets with You, even though you may have your boatlife far away from Stockholm.
I am a certified Captain which allows me to be a commercial captain of vessels up to 70 gross tonnage with a maximum 12 passengers. I am also a certified Change Leadership Coach and have had both individual and corporate clients since 2016.
